For Individuals

You Don't Need a Title.
You Need a Heart for Young People.

Some of the most powerful forces in a young person's life are ordinary people who show up consistently. Whether you have a skill to share, time to give, or simply a voice in the community, DIGI has a place for you.

🤝
Become an A-Team Mentor
Commit to walking alongside one student for a full program year. DIGI's A-Team mentorship pairs every student with a trained professional who provides consistent guidance, encouragement, and real-world perspective. No prior mentoring experience required, just genuine commitment.
🎤
Facilitate a Workshop
Share your expertise in a hands-on workshop setting. From financial literacy and career readiness to coding, cooking, mindfulness, or cultural storytelling. If you have knowledge that can open a door for a young person, we want to hear from you.
🌱
Volunteer Your Time
Join students at monthly in-person workshops, quarterly showcases and hackathons, FarmBot garden days, or community service projects. Volunteers bring energy, connection, and lived experience that no curriculum can replicate.
📣
Spread the Word
Know a student, family, school counselor, or community leader who should know about DIGI? Be a connector. Share our story with your network, invite us to speak at an event, or help us reach the young people and communities we exist to serve.

For Nonprofits & Community Organizations

Stronger Together.
More Impact, Less Duplication.

DIGI was built to work within the ecosystem, not above it. We actively seek partnerships with organizations whose work intersects with youth development, food justice, education, cultural community, and civic life, because the challenges our students face are too interconnected for any one organization to address alone.

Student Referrals
A bidirectional pipeline that connects young people to the right program at the right stage of their development journey, so no student falls through the cracks between organizations.
Co-Programming
Joint events, shared workshops, or guest facilitation that enrich both organizations' offerings, without duplicating resources or competing for the same students.
Resource Sharing
Shared access to facilities, curriculum, technology, or professional networks that maximize collective impact across South King County.
Joint Advocacy
A coordinated, unified voice for South King County youth development funding and policy at local and state levels, amplifying what no single organization could achieve alone.
Grant Collaboration
Complementary program models that strengthen funding applications and demonstrate ecosystem-level impact to funders looking for community-wide change.
